PAMA Pancetta Brussel Sprouts
The tangy sweet-tart flavor of PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur is a beautiful contrast to the earthy flavors of Brussels sprouts. Add in the salty crunch of crispy pancetta, and you have a side dish that will quickly become a favorite.

2 oz. diced pancetta,1 tbs. olive oil,1 lbs. Brussels sprouts, cut in half lengthwise,1/4 cup PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur,1/2 tsp. black pepper ,1/4 tsp. salt , Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium high heat cook the pancetta until crispy, remove from pan, set aside. Add olive oil to the pan. Add the Brussels sprouts, cut side down, cooking for about one minute. Pour the PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur over the sprouts, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lower heat to medium, cooking until the sprouts are soft and the pan looks dry around the sprouts, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with cooked pancetta, serve immediately.
