PAMA Shrimp Pasta

10 pc cleaned shrimp (1 lb.),1/2 lb. of cooked angel hair pasta,1/4 c. sundried tomatoes,1 c. broccoli cut small,1/2 c. chicken stock or broth,1/2 c. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur,1/2 c. heavy cream,Parmesan Cheese, Instructions:
Heat oil in a heavy, medium-sized pan. Add shrimp and sauté until opaque. Remove to a plate. Add PAMA and reduce by half. Add the sun dried tomatoes, broccoli and the chicken stock and reduce by 3/4. Add cream and reduce until desired thickness. Add pasta and toss until hot. Season with salt and pepper. Twirl pasta and vegetables and place in a bowl. Place shrimp around and pour any remaining sauce over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
