PAMA Glazed Beef Skewers

1 c. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur ,1/3 c. Jerk sauce ,1 sprig of fresh thyme,2 tsp. of hot pepper sauce,Salt to taste,Freshly ground black pepper to taste,1 lb. of flank steak,1 pkg. of thin wooden skewers, Instructions:
Bring 1 cup Pama Pomegranate Liqueur to boil in a small saucepan and boil until the volume reduces to 1/2 cup. Pour it in a large bowl and add jerk sauce, thyme, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Slice steak into 1/2 inch thick strips, place strips in bowl with marinade, refrigerate and soak overnight, stirring occasionally. Allow skewers to soak in a pan of water for 30 minutes or more to prevent burning when they are put on the grill. Secure beef strips onto skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired. Place skewers on hot grill or under a pre-heated hot broiler for several minutes on each side, and cook to desired temperature. Serve with glaze. Glaze:Add 3/4 cup PAMA to the leftover marinade and bring to a boil. Reduce until the mixture thickens. Pour glaze over cooked skewers. Serves 4.
