Sesame Crusted Chicken Fingers
The tangy dipping sauce is the perfect compliment to the crispy and tender chicken fingers.

2 boneless skinless chicken breast (about 1 1/4 lbs.),2 eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water,1 c. flour,1/2 tsp. salt,1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper,2 c. bread crumbs,2 Tbsp. white sesame seeds,3 Tbsp. vegetable oil,For the sauce:,Zest one orange,Zest of one Lemon,2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger,3/4 c. orange marmalade,Juice of one lemon,1/4 c. chutney,1/4 c. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur, Instructions:
Slice chicken into thin fingers. Put flour on a wide, shallow dinner plate or pie pan and season with salt and pepper. In another similar plate, beat eggs with water. In another plate, combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds. Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, then the bread crumb mix. Reserve. In a medium skillet, pan fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside on absorbent paper until all the chicken is cooked, then serve with sauce. For the sauce: Combine all ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil, stirring, over medium heat. Set aside to cool. Serves 4.
